Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings, with effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use AI-generated content without independent review and attorney oversight

5. AI-Generated Content

The Platform uses Lumova AI (powered by large language models) to generate drafts, feedback, and analysis. AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. All AI-generated content should be reviewed critically and verified by a qualified professional before use in any official filing.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, and proprietary prompts, is owned by EB Visa Made Easy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content you create using the Platform (petition drafts, evidence notes) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process and store your content to provide the service.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EB VISA MADE EASY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING ANY DENIAL OF AN IMMIGRATION PETITION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
